Born in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, Pero moved to United States in 1987 and soon after began his career in the automotive world. Pero first started off selling cars and was quickly promoted to a management role within a few months. From there, Pero managed several stand alone dealerships as well as larger dealerships that were part of AutoNation, Sonic Automotive, Price Auto Group, and FAA, to name a few.
Pero is an entrepreneur at heart, co-founding several automotive software related companies. Most recently, Pero was the co-founder, Vice President of Sales for AdvantageTec, a market leading communication platform for automotive dealers. Pero holds two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and the other in International Law from The University of Sarajevo. He lives in the San Francisco Bay area and when he is not talking to dealers, he is found playing ice hockey and soccer. While driving, you can hear an eclectic genre of music blaring from Pero’s car (Pink Floyd, Metallica, U2, Eminem and Country).
