WHY CHOOSE DMSC?

LESS LIKE A CONFERENCE, MORE LIKE AN EXPERIENCE

Our goal has always been to create an intimate collaborative multi-day experience where we discuss, debate, and facilitate new strategies in order to help address changes in the automotive retail industry. Embrace the solution focused education, along with time to relax and meet the people behind the products and dealerships.

As one attendee said, “this is like a three day conversation. I have access to all of these great people and time to meet them to get my questions answered. I ended up making some great connections and friends. That doesn’t happen at most events”

INTIMATE NETWORKING & TOP-LEVEL EDUCATION

THE BEST IN THE BIZ

SPEAKERS THAT EXCITE, NOT PITCH.

We pride ourselves on getting the best presenters and educators in the automotive industry. Many of our past and future speakers are the creators and leaders of their products, services, or dealership, sharing how they implemented new ideas with the intention for you to take back to your dealership.

We make sure all of our speakers provide time for questions from the audience, which is key to a healthy discussion. Our goal is to provide tactics and clarity, not theory and potential confusion.

YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS

We are proud of this event and how it has evolved over the years to be a “must attend” event for dealers looking to seize the changes that come each year. We look forward to meeting you and spending time collaborating with you and your team.

Industry people who are serious about progress come to DMSC. This is not a pep rally or some getaway from the store event, this is cutting edge pertinent content that can help you future proof your dealerships or operations, and that’s why I believe it’s a must go to every year.I’ve gotten more action plans that have benefited stores I’ve brought them too instantaneously than any conference I’ve been to. This event is for folks looking to find out what they are truly missing out on, doing wrong, or way behind on so they can fix their operations, marketing, data collection, or sales & service processes.

I attended DMSC for the first time in 2021, I really had no expectations as I expected that it would be similar to all the other conferences that I have attended. I couldn’t have been more wrong, what I found was an intimate setting where I learned from the speakers and breakout sessions.  The few vendors in attendance were all engaged and helpful which was a nice surprise, some of them did offer services but at no time did I feel a pressure to buy. I brought back a number of ideas that I put into place upon our return and I feel that those items made a positive impact on our digital business.

DMSC is a perfect conference to interact with top dealers and their teams. It is a much more relaxed atmosphere than other conferences because of its size and how it is set up. And Napa is a wonderful place to be as well. What is exciting is the level of interaction. You have time to interact and have longer discussions. The  topics discussed are not old talking points but fresh ideas and forward thinking strategies. Dealers need to be here and vendors as well. This is one of the best conferences and why our company participates every year.
