The goal of the Digital Marketing Strategies Conference is to deliver thought provoking content, passionate discussions, exceptional networking in an intimate, beautiful setting. Is the event specifically for the automotive industry?

DMSC brings strategies that apply to a number of industries, however our main focus for the event caters towards Automotive, RV, and Powersports!

Who should attend DMSC?

DMSC brings education to all aspects of your dealership.

Is there a room-block & alternative hotel options?


We offer a limited room-block for our attendees to ensure a low price of attendance. The room-block fills up quick though so be sure to book your room early so you don’t get left behind! Explore our venue and book your room here.

Am I able to register for a team member?

Yes you are able to register for a team member through our ticket hosting platform Eventbrite. Simply purchase a ticket, and apply your teammates contact information.

What if I can't attend in-person?

I'm an allied industry member, can I attend the event?

Unfortunately Allied Industry tickets will not be available this year.  However, if you would like to join us you can apply to become a sponsor of the event! 

What should I bring with me to the event?

It is often important to have your laptop with you at the event as some of the hands-on workshops require interactive activities. 

Otherwise, just bring an inquisitive mind and some of your team members so all aspects of your dealership are educationally covered!

Will food & refreshments be provided?

DMSC offers breakfast and lunch for the second and third day of the event. 

As well, we reserve time for coffee/refreshment breaks and host cocktail hours at the end of each day of the event.

What format do the sessions take?

Do I need to sign up for individual sessions?

Nope! We have an all-access format for DMSC, which means you can attend whichever sessions you prefer. However, our workshops are track-based so the workshop varieties will overlap; meaning you will have to make a decision on which educational track you would like to attend for that specific sessions timeframe. 

Will there be engagement & networking sessions?

Yes! We host cocktail horus at the end of each day of the event. 

Often times our attendees also find themselves networking and engaging with other like-minded attendees during breakfast, lunches and refreshment breaks as well! 

Dinner is up to you! Our vendors often take select attendees out to restaurants around the area to converse and network.

Is there time allocated for Q&A from the attendees?

We aim to leave at least 5-10 minutes on each session for Q&A from both our live audience and virtual attendees. 

Due to the discussion-based model of our sessions, sometimes questions may arise during the session and will be answered leaving less time at the end but we always aim to ensure everyone’s questions get answered.

Will ticket prices rise as the event gets closer?

Ticket prices won’t increase as the event gets closer. 

However, we often run the lowest pricing options with our specials earlier rather than later. Head over to our tickets page to see the specials we are running!

What dates should I arrive and leave?

Our Recommended Stay: May 20th – May 24th


We strive for our attendees to gain as much valuable education, networking opportunities, and free-time with friends & acquaintances. That’s why we recommend arriving the day before the event, and leaving the day after the event ends! Plan ahead, book your stay before the room block sells out!

How long is the room-block available for?

The room-block is available until the day of the event, however it often sells-out quickly so book early and lock-in your lowest price for the stay!

We offer a variety of sponsorship packages to choose from. Please apply to be a sponsor to obtain our sponsorship prospectus and review your options and price-points. 

How are sponsors selected to be accepted?

After a sponsor application is submitted, Brian Pasch and the team will review to ensure that your companies goals, structures and the level of involvement that comes with being a sponsor aligns with DMSC’s requirements.
