Speaker Bio
Heather Nelson, Chief Ai Officer and the head of product and IT development, oversees all teams responsible for building and creating Donovan Martech, INC. products and experiences. In this role, Heather is responsible for setting the company’s product strategy along with the Executive Team and overseeing product development, user experience design, business development, content creation, and customer operations.
Since joining Donovan Martech in 2021, Heather has served in key leadership roles, helping launch and scale new innovative customer experiences. Prior to Donovan Martech, Heather worked as a Project Manager/Business Analyst for BMW Manufacturing and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Heather holds a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Anderson University.
