Juan Flores

Sr. Director of Product Management

Juan Flores is a Sr. Director of Product Management for Kelley Blue Book’s Service Advisor. In this position, Flores is responsible for furthering the product design and implementation of the next generation of the KBB Service Advisor product solution to drive incremental value and audience to dealer’s fixed operations business.

Prior to joining the KBB Service Advisor leadership team, Flores was the General Manager of Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer and director of vehicle valuations at Kelley Blue Book. His primary responsibilities included managing the Instant Cash Offer product roadmap and performance management team. As director of the vehicle valuations team, Flores was responsible for the production of Kelley Blue Book’s new- and used-vehicle values for KBB.com each week. 

As a spokesperson for Kelley Blue Book, Flores regularly spoke at industry events, including Digital Dealer, CPO Forum, National Remarketing Conference and more. Flores’ work also regularly garnered coverage in top-tier media publications such as Automotive News, CNBC and USA Today.    

Prior to joining Kelley Blue Book, Flores worked as the national incentives manager for Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc. In this role, Flores managed all aspects of national incentive programs, supported wholesale and retail sales and managed financial reports for his department. During his time with Mitsubishi Motors North America Inc., Flores also held positions as manager for the end-of-term call center, and senior analyst responsible for residual risk. Flores began his career as a research analyst for the Milken Institute in Santa Monica, Calif.

Flores has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Masters degree in quantitative economics from Claremont Graduate University.
