Chief Growth Officer, CallRevu
Jim Menard is a seasoned industry veteran with more than three decades of experience across the automotive and software sectors. He joined CallRevu as Vice President of Client Services, where he quickly distinguished himself as a strategic leader, advancing to his current role as Chief Growth Officer. In this position, Jim leads initiatives to strengthen OEM and dealer relationships, driving sustainable growth and expanding CallRevu’s footprint across the dealership ecosystem-from sales to service and beyond.
Prior to joining CallRevu, Jim served as Vice President of Client Success, Operations, and OEM Relationships at Dominion Dealer Solutions. There, he led the customer success organization, focusing on enhancing dealer and OEM relationships across the company’s software and digital marketing platforms.
Earlier in his career, Jim held the role of Senior Vice President of Sales, Service, and Support at TrueCar. He played a pivotal role in building and executing a comprehensive dealer acquisition strategy, including the development of franchise and independent sales teams-both inside and outside-as well as service and support organizations to optimize dealer performance nationwide.
Jim also served as President of the U.S. subsidiary of Search Optics, a global digital marketing provider specializing in the automotive industry. In this role, he led U.S. strategy and worked closely with dealers and OEM to drive revenue growth and create new sales opportunities.
Additional leadership roles include Vice President of U.S. Dealer Field Sales at AutoTrader, and Vice President and General Manager of vAuto, a dealership management software provider. At vAuto, Jim successfully oversaw multiple acquisitions and consistently delivered strong year-over-year performance.
A respected voice in the automotive industry, Jim has been a keynote and panel speaker at numerous 20 Group meetings and state automotive association conventions. His speaking engagements include prominent organizations such as the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), National Alliance of Buy Here, Pay Here Dealers (NABD), and the Digital Marketing Strategies Conference (DMSC).
Throughout his career, Jim has been recognized for executing high-impact initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, increase sales and market penetration, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and elevate both employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
