Monik Pamecha, Founder and CEO at Toma, is an engineer by training and has spent the last decade building AI products used by companies like Uber, Walmart, and Burger King. He started programming at just 13 years old and built one of the earliest conversational AI agents back in 2016.

For the past two years, Monik has traveled the country, immersing himself in dealerships to understand their challenges firsthand. He sat in service centers and BDC offices, listened to sales and service calls, and shadowed staff to identify inefficiencies in customer interactions. This hands-on approach allowed him to refine Toma’s features in real-time, ensuring it’s not just another voice AI tool, but a solution designed to tackle dealerships’ everyday operational bottlenecks.
