Expectations & Guidelines

Speaker Guidelines

Pasch Events prides itself on delivering an education-first experience in a professional, well-paced environment. As a presenter, you play a key role in shaping the insights and takeaways our dealer attendees will carry forward.

  • Educate, Don’t Sell: Sessions should be educational in nature. Your presentation should deliver value to all dealers in attendance, whether or not they use your product. While you may reference your product, it should not be the sole focus of the presentation.
  • New Content: Please ensure your presentation features original content that has not been delivered at other events. Our audience values new ideas, timely topics, and forward-thinking strategies.
  • Include Dealer Perspectives: Vendor-led sessions should include a dealer participant to provide real-world insights and speak to their experiences with your solution. This adds authenticity and depth to your session.
  • Stay on Schedule: Our agenda is tightly coordinated to deliver a smooth experience for all attendees. Please respect your assigned time slot—sessions that run too long or too short can disrupt the overall flow of the event.

Speaker Expectations

We’re thrilled to have you on board as part of this year’s event. To help create an engaging and memorable experience for everyone involved—speakers, sponsors, and attendees alike—we’ve outlined a few key expectations to guide your participation:

  • Promoting the Event: Help us amplify the experience by promoting your session and the event across your networks. We’ll provide you with branded, personalized marketing assets to make sharing easy and on-brand.
  • Invite Your Network: As a speaker or sponsor, you’ll receive exclusive Dealer Guest Passes. Use these to invite key dealer contacts to attend the event and experience your session firsthand—it’s a great way to provide value and grow your network.
  • Represent the Community: MRC is built on collaboration and professional respect. We encourage all speakers and sponsors to engage with attendees beyond the stage—ask questions, join conversations, and support other sessions where you can.
  • Be Camera-Ready: Select sessions will be recorded or photographed for post-event marketing. Dress professionally and be aware that your presentation may be shared beyond the live audience.
  • Support the Schedule: Arrive early for your session and check in with the AV team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Supporting the schedule helps keep the event experience seamless for all attendees.
