As CEO and founder of Clarivoy, he’s spent over a decade turning chaotic customer journeys into clear, measurable outcomes through multi-touch attribution, identity resolution, and first-party data activation—long before those became buzzwords.
At a time when automotive marketing was obsessed with last-click attribution, Steve was creating a different future—one where dealers know exactly which ads sell cars, and every marketing dollar is accountable. Clarivoy now powers actionable insights for top dealer groups, agencies, and OEMs, consistently empowering them to identify wasted ad spend and reallocate it to more accountable, addressable, and identity-based audiences that convert.

A serial innovator, Steve launched his first automotive venture in 2004 with ColumbusCars.com, a regional automotive marketplace that bridged the gap between traditional and digital media companies. That early obsession with transparency and performance still drives him today. Whether he’s partnering with marketplace giants, building next-gen CDP capabilities, or speaking at events like Digital Dealer, MRC, DMSC, or ASOTU CON, Steve brings a rare blend of vision, candor, and grit.

An avid cyclist, Steve enjoys long rides through the rolling hills of Granville, Ohio, where he lives with his wife, three kids, two dogs, and two cats.
