Satyan Merchant leads the Automotive Line of Business, overseeing the formation and execution of TransUnion’s market strategy and business development initiatives. His business unit serves the entire automotive ecosystem, including OEMs, finance companies and banks, auto dealers, disruptors, and platforms. Satyan also leads TransUnion’s First Party Collections line of business across Financial Services. Satyan has been with TransUnion for 7 years, previously leading the strategy and product development function for the Mortgage line of business. Satyan received his bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
