How customers use the phone has changed and conversations matter more than ever. Are you paying attention?   Your dealership likely has 3 or 4 numbers on your website masthead and probably always has. Have you asked yourself why? Look at how ‘less is more’ as we review new methods of attribution that make things easier. We will review the evolution of call analytics and discuss the true depth of information you can find about who is calling and why – and this is just the start. We will discuss the caller analytics we typically use, and what you could be using. Finally, once we understand in detail what is happening when customers call, we will dig in and discuss what your dealership process is and why using an IVR is probably not saving you time or money.
